One of the most exciting developments at Chiang Mai Christian Fellowship (CCF)<\/strong> continues to be our rapidly expanding ministry among Chinese nationals residing in Chiang Mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent years, Chiang Mai has seen a significant influx of Chinese families seeking refuge from political restriction, looking to build safer, freer lives away from a controlling government. Having lived in a context where Christianity is heavily restricted and censored, many arrive with a deep sense of curiosity about faith. They often wonder: What is Christianity, and why has it been so strictly kept from us?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

God has uniquely prepared our church family for this moment. Many faithful missionaries who were forced to leave China in recent years have settled right here in Chiang Mai. Fluent in the language and deeply understanding the culture, these missionaries now serve alongside Chinese believers within our congregation, creating a powerful bridge for the Gospel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Historic Season of Growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, our Chinese-speaking fellowship celebrated a remarkable milestone: 19 new believers from this community publicly declared their faith in Jesus Christ through baptism!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each baptism represents a life transformed by the Gospel\u2014a powerful testimony to how God is drawing individuals and families out of spiritual darkness and into His light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond these new commitments of faith, momentum continues to build across the Chinese-speaking ministry:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 19 Baptisms in 2025:<\/strong> Celebrating new lives dedicated to Jesus Christ within our Chinese ministry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 5+ Active Chinese Home Bible Studies:<\/strong> Regular gatherings designed specifically for the Chinese-speaking community to study Scripture together in their native language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Answering Honest Questions:<\/strong> Creating safe spaces for curious seekers to explore the Bible and learn why the truth of Christ is worth knowing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Discipleship in Heart Languages:<\/strong> Providing deep, accessible spiritual growth tailored to the cultural and linguistic background of each believer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Empowering Local Leaders & Workers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    None of this growth would be possible without the profound dedication of our Chinese-speaking members and experienced missionary leaders. Stepping up as lay leaders, shepherds, and teachers, they are faithfully facilitating weekly Bible studies and discipleship classes for this ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
