“Connecting practical budgeting with biblical stewardship empowers hardworking families to build lasting financial stability and peace.”

Many talented artisans and hourly staff work tirelessly to support their households. However, despite their dedication, many live in constant financial fragility. Without access to structured budgeting systems, long-term savings strategies, or clear financial goals, an unexpected emergency can throw an entire family into crisis.
Furthermore, deep-rooted cultural expectations and heavy family obligations often make it difficult for workers to set healthy financial boundaries, compounding their stress and preventing long-term stability.
Faith, Boundaries, and Practical Tools
To address these challenges, ministry leaders Marcus and Bum hosted an interactive financial literacy workshop for 40 local artisans and staff members.
The seminar combined real-world money management tools with biblical principles of stewardship, wisdom, and generosity:
- Practical Money Management: Participants learned how to create monthly budgets, set attainable savings targets, and track daily expenses.
- Biblical Stewardship: The curriculum connected financial planning directly to Christian faith, framing money as a tool for family stability, generosity, and honoring God.
- Navigating Cultural Boundaries: Instructors addressed delicate cultural dynamics, guiding participants on how to set healthy financial boundaries with extended family while maintaining honor, respect, and care.
Lasting Peace and Freedom
The workshop generated enthusiastic participation, as attendees asked honest questions about debt, family pressures, and savings strategies. By giving staff concrete, actionable steps they could use immediately, the training helped replace financial anxiety with clarity and confidence.
Equipping hardworking families with stewardship principles builds a strong foundation—allowing them to break cycles of debt, provide for their children, and bless their wider communities.
